Our years of experience and commitment to quality have earned us a growing number of loyal customers throughout Texas.   Tri-Star Auto Brokers was founded by Scott Conger in 2006 as Tri-Star Motor Co.  Scott's years of experience in the auto industry led to his realization that the traditional way of buying vehicles was outdated and not consumer friendly.  As a result, Scott began to develop a unique concept that would save his customers the time, hassle, and, especially, money that was so important to them.  This  involves the customer from start to finish and includes a "completely transparent" approach to vehicle buying.  Since this service is fee-based, Tri-Star's goal is to find the vehicle that fits the customer's desires and budget, not selling them something that  makes more money.  Tri-Star is able to do this by utilizing private, dealer-only wholesale auto auctions where vehicles are liquidated by major banks, rental companies, franchise dealerships, vehicle manufacturers, company fleets, and government agencies.   These are the same auctions that traditional dealerships use to purchase their inventory.  Many people have the misconception that all used vehicles on a dealers lot are trade-ins.  This is simply not true.  While some certainly are trade-ins, most used vehicles come from the same auctions that Tri-Star utilizes for its customers.  This includes all makes, trim levels, and year models.  In addition, Tri-Star eliminates the multiple layers of compensation found at traditional dealers, resulting in very low overhead costs.  Simply put, our lower cost equals a lower cost to you, our customer.
